A lot of people ask me how I set up my workout week - Sundays are spent food prepping and planning the weeks workouts with programming. I usually front end the strength after endurance on a Sunday, with a strength session that evening, and get at least 2 more strength days earlier in week so I’m not too sore to play and train on the weekend 🚲 🏃‍♀️ ⛷️. Whatever your goals are, you can maximize your week - and ALWAYS most IMPORTANTLY = CONSISTENCY!! Invest in yourself the time to get it in…non-negotiable 🔥👌

Consistency and Lift Heavy S**T 🏋🏻‍♀️ Got the Barbell Club reward tee a while back - did the wod in it today. Lifting heavy 2-3 days a week and endurance, CrossFit wods 2-3 days. Lots of zone 2 to recover and stay healthy. What did you get in today? November goals of mine are to get up and spin the legs on the assault bike x 30 min daily to start my day. Oh, and I may have signed up to do master swims with .stingrays Sunday mornings 🏊‍♀️ CHALLENGE YOURSELF monthly…you’ll gain 💪🏽 a lot!

It’s been 3 weeks since Bronchitis followed up my COVID recovery - finally got a full strength wod in to close out the week at 3 workouts and finally a metcon to sweat and use those lungs.
Next up, adding masters swimming to my week to work on improving my 🫁 capacity back to my normal or above.
