A lot of people ask me how I set up my workout week - Sundays are spent food prepping and planning the weeks workouts with programming. I usually front end the strength after endurance on a Sunday, with a strength session that evening, and get at least 2 more strength days earlier in week so I’m not too sore to play and train on the weekend 🚲 🏃♀️ ⛷️. Whatever your goals are, you can maximize your week - and ALWAYS most IMPORTANTLY = CONSISTENCY!! Invest in yourself the time to get it in…non-negotiable 🔥👌
