My Story

There has been many major changes in my life these past years. Therefore it stands to reason the purpose of this page will also go through the same major changes. You may have noticed. Noticed the huge gaps in postings, and the context of the postings.

I will no longer be promoting Norwex. I believe it to be a fantastic company, I still use their products with confidence, but am no longer a distributor.

I no longer design and paint seasonal windows. Don’t want the deadline stresses.

I still do the egg art and Pysanka eggs. in regards to the Pysanka eggs, they would be for sale and I’d also teach small classes. The other egg art is for my pleasure and learning, they are also available for sale. They will be posted with prices. one half of the proceeds will be going to Po Lam Buddhist Association, in Chilliwack. This donation is to help with the costs of building the new Vahara.

I still on occasion, offer Reiki sessions. I never believed it to be a business, but more a gift to be shared when called for. There is sometimes a monetary exchange, by donation. I have traded goods or services for sessions. It has also been offered freely at my discretion.

If your still reading, lol, we now get to the real purpose of me keeping this page.

Its my story, and I’d like to share. As I said earlier, there has been some major changes these past few years. Very traumatic in many cases, for me. Upheavals and tragic losses. But so many teachings within. Without this teaching and awareness, I have no idea, where my mind would be today. It’s these teachings, the words of wisdom, the mindfulness, and the meditation that has kept my boat afloat. And on the days I’d forget those teachings and wisdom, my boat would fill with despair, fast.

So, the postings. The postings you see and will continue to see are what I’ve learned and what’s got me through, along with my wonderful Sze Fu. (Teacher). I post them, as I see them randomly. They are to remind me. But hopefully, you too will benefit. And yes, they are absolutely Buddhist teachings. The beauty of the Buddhist teachings is they can apply to everyone, anyone regardless of personal beliefs.

I may even comment on them as to how they effect me, or how they helped, that I haven’t decided.

If all of this scares or bores you. No worries, just don’t follow. I fully understand. If you decide to stay and think another would benefit, then let them know.

May all beings be peaceful. May all beings be happy. 🙏🏼❤️
