We are an independent patient care-oriented Pharmacy. Our team of pharmacists, technicians and nurses work together to care for our patients like they are family. We provide a very dedicated service in order to ensure that anyone who comes to us is given an exceptional level of care. We are currently looking for an LPN to join us full-time.
Some responsibilities this role carries:
- Visiting patients in their homes on a routinely basis
- Monitor patients when they take their medication and/or assist them if required
- Monitor and record patents vitals
- Administer insulin injections and/or measure blood sugar for diabetic patients
- Interact with patients in a friendly manner and listen to their concerns
- Report to Pharmacist/Physician regarding patient condition
We are Currently offering 30-40 hours a week divided on 3 to 6 hours shifts (or 9 hours split shifts) (weekends availability is a must)
