It’s never too late to follow your dreams.
At 49, I became a group fitness and weight training instructor. At 56, I became a reflexologist.

Along the way, there was definitely a little voice that whispered, “You’re too old” but my mind was made up. I had goals, I had passion, and I knew I still had more to learn and more to give.

So I followed that bigger voice inside me, the one that said go for it.

We are never done growing. We are never done learning and we are never too old to start something that lights us up.

Keep having goals.
Keep learning.
Keep believing in yourself.

Today is International Women’s Day, and I’m feeling really grateful for the incredible women in my life.

From the women in my family who have shaped me, to the mentors who have guided and inspired me, to the amazing clients who trust me with their wellness , I’m surrounded by strength, kindness, resilience, and heart every single day.

Being able to support women through my work in reflexology is something I never take for granted. Watching women take time for themselves, heal, rest, and grow is such a privilege.

Today I’m celebrating all of you. Thank you for being part of my world. 💜

Sage Reflexology is in her self-care era and so is .
I love seeing “We’re in our self-care era” on the window at The Local Space in because it’s such a good reminder that this isn’t a trend, it’s a shift.

Taking care of yourself isn’t indulgent.
It’s responsible.
It’s mature.
It’s powerful.
Whether it’s new cozy clothes, quiet time, or an hour on my reflexology table, we all deserve to feel supported and restored.

This is your sign to book the appointment, buy the thing, take the walk, drink the water, rest the body.
We’re not burning out anymore.
