I didn’t start reflexology just to offer a service.
I started it because I was overwhelmed, exhausted and needed something that actually helped me feel calm again.

I know what it feels like to be stretched thin and constantly putting yourself last, to carry grief and stress in your body and not even realize how heavy it’s gotten. I’ve been the woman who is strong for everyone else but secretly exhausted.

I realized that we don’t actually need more willpower, more pressure or more things on our to-do list. We need space, we need support and we need time to come back to ourselves.

That’s why I created Sage Reflexology.

A place where women can finally exhale.
A place where your nervous system can settle, your body can soften and you can feel taken care of for once.

When you walk into my space, you don’t have to be anything for anyone.

You just get to be. I truly believe that when a woman feels calm, supported, and reconnected to herself, everything in her life shifts.

You deserve that. 🤍

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, low energy, or just not like yourself than this is for you 🤍

Not everyone has a perfect morning routine.
Not everyone is tracking habits or waking up motivated.
Some of us are just trying to get through the day while healing, growing, and showing up the best we can.

So instead of a full routine, start focusing on a 5 minute daily reset when you wake up.
Just 5 minutes to come back to yourself:
• Drink water before coffee
• Take a few deep breaths
• Move your body gently
• Do one small act of care
• Ask yourself what do you need today

That’s it. No pressure. No perfection.
And honestly, I think it helps.
If you’re in a season where everything feels like a lot, start small, start soft.
