Garrison Pharmacy is looking for another pharmacist to join our team! We are an independent pharmacy that is rapidly growing and we need another pharmacist to help us maintain our high level of patient service. We ideally need a pharmacist hired before March 15th 2024 and able to work 3 shifts/week with the option of 5 days/week if preferred. The schedule is flexible and we do our best to work around your availability.
Pharmacists typically work an eight hour shift with a 30 minute paid lunch break. In order to maintain the highest level of service, we are well staffed with two to three pharmacists usually working at the same time along with a pharmacy technician and three pharmacy assistants.
You must have a valid pharmacist license in BC and be in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC. Injection Certification is a requirement and experience with Kroll is preferred. We also have a newly installed ScriptPro machine to assist in dispensing.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, works well with others and cares deeply about providing the best pharmaceutical care to our patients. This position would be perfect for a pharmacist who wants to build long term relationships with patients and build their daily schedule to include as many clinical consults as they desire. There are no quotes to meet. We strive to minimize stress during shifts and provide a good work/life balance.
Our pay is very competitive, we provide a health care spending account for benefits and the hours are flexible. We are open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm. We are closed all Sundays and holidays.
