This spring feels extra magical ❤️✨☀️🌱 I am beginning a cleanse that I will follow until the Equinox and perhaps beyond. My body has been calling me to do this and now the timing feels right. This is the same cleanse that lead to me quitting drinking over 3 years ago now. I am pretty excited to see what happens this time 😆

The shadows have been a comforting place to be for a time. Hiding out, keeping my head down and quietly doing my work. There are times I wanted to reach out, share, see people and feel their embrace and then times I want to retreat into loneliness forever. Some days I question everything and other days, I feel solid in who I am and why I am here. I am grateful for the tools and support I have to build my resilience and hope back up. Nature is one constant that has kept me grounded and restored my peace when my anxiety feels out of control. Also connection with other humans is like the balm to my weary soul.... I need it to thrive. I believe we all do, so...I will keep reaching out and I hope you do too ❤️❤️❤️ Love yous

It’s been hard accepting that I won’t be home for Christmas this year. I have never been away from my parents and brother for the holidays. We have all grieved losses this year and I send my love out to you all❤️✨🙌 I know this year has made me stronger spiritually, I am able to sit with the heaviness and fear. This year has also brought me much to be grateful for and it would not have happened if it were not for 2020’s wrath. It shook me to my core and brought me to my knees many a time...and each time I rose stronger.
I feel a huge shift taking place within me....a reclamation of peace❤️✨

Thoughts on FREEDOM.
Our ancestors fought for our freedom, but collectively... are we living it?
These days it feels we have less freedom than ever. Yesterday I had a good long look at where in my life I have given up my freedom and it was startling.
So I am taking my freedom back. First, I am freeing myself from personal Facebook account to see what I can reclaim. For 13 years, I have given up many hours of my precious life. Our ancestors didn’t fight for our freedoms so we could stare at a screen. I am triggered constantly by the injustice I see daily in my feed. I run the gamete of emotions everyday. My soul and my nervous system are tired. Being lost and enraged in a sea of sh*tty ignorant comments( I often find it so hard not to look) is not how I want to spend my life.
The censorship from Facebook is pretty sickening but not as sickening as the way we brutally censor one another by bullying and shaming each other.
I am sick of feeling the need or obligation to show up on social media and share something worthwhile, I am spent!
I can think of much better ways for me to show up.
I have a huge stack of books that were lent to me by a friend I deeply respect and they are calling my name.
So for now I must take leave from Facebook, tend to my spirit and plug into the Earth.
I will still be reachable through messenger and my business accounts, Love in Action on Facebook and on Instagram
