Klazina's Massage and Exercise Care

Klazina's Massage and Exercise Care Are you disappointed in therapies you've tried? Come to Klazina's Care and experience individualized treatment depending on your needs, including massage.

Klazina graduated from the “Haagse Academie voor Lichamelijke Opvoeding en Physiotherapie” in the Netherlands in 1989. Over the next few years she worked as a physiotherapist in different settings (a nursing home, a hospital and a private practice) gaining a wide variety of experience in several countries: the Netherlands, Michigan (USA) and Chilliwack in Canada. She was hoping to join the Leprosy Mission but this never materialized. Instead, she got married and served with Mission Aviation Fellowship with her husband in Uganda and Indonesia. Over the years she has continued to treat people. Her goal has always been to relieve people’s discomfort and improve their quality of life through massage, education and exercises to prevent re-injury. Through events and circumstances, her focus has mainly been on sports injuries and injuries in the work place. She particularly enjoys treating backs, necks, shoulders, hips and all related ailments: headaches, sciatica, muscle tension, tennis elbow, rotator cuff injuries, etc. All her overseas experience has helped contribute to who she is today. She believes that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made, and the medical world is still a long way off from understanding how we work, but in the meantime, she does her best, with the knowledge she received through school and courses she has taken, to bring pain relief and to increase mobility and strength, where they are failing. Give her a call at 778-684-5530 if you have any questions and to book an appointment! Disclaimer: Klazina is not a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and thus is not covered by MSP, ICBC or WCB.

Out of sight does not mean out of mind... No posts from me on Facebook does not mean no more massages! As we have entered this busy season of the year, with cold dark rainy days, a massage might be just what you need to lift your spirits!

I just got a letter from Fraser Health that I am allowed to stay open! As with all other businesses, use common sense and cancel any bookings if you think you might be getting sick. I am following protocol and cleaning all surfaces before and after each treatment. Meanwhile praying all of you stay healthy!
