Microgreens and Wheat grass
We took this little business over in June 2018. We grow microgreens and wheatgrass. Microgreens are so amazing! They are small but have quite a punch both in flavour and nutrition. We had never really heard of microgreens before so it was quite interesting to learn how these little babies grow and taste. We fell in love with them!!! We now eat them on almost everything...YUM!!! Some add a really nice spice to your sandwich, salad, taco, hamburger, soup.....Others are mild and add a nice crunch and flavour to you meal. There is just so much to learn about these little amazing plants.
