BlackBerry juice

1 apple
7oz blackberries
2oz juices wheatgrass
1tbsp maple syrup

Juice the apple with the blackberries
Add the juiced wheatgrass and the maple syrup.
Pour the juice in a tall glass stir and enjoy.

It is delicious 😋

Don’t you just love this time of year? Produce from the greenhouse...arugula, which we love, and strawberries... and from outside raspberries...picking a bit everyday 😊 Nothing like eating fresh off the land 😜 Kissed by the sun it just all tastes soooo good.

So was wondering what to do with the cherries from the newly discovered cherry tree. 🤔
I thought hmmm what about cherry filling? So once again off o went to look for a yummy recipe. I found one that looked good, one in which the sugar was replaced by unpasteurized honey and just a smudge of cinnamon...turns out it’s rather yummy 😋 so now I need to find a yummy recipe to use it in...a crisp maybe?? I’m not a pie maker 😏
