Meet Jasmine! šš±
Helping people move better and return to the activities they love is at the heart of Jasmineās practice. She feels privileged to support clients through their recovery and to witness their progress and success. Jasmine believes that movement, when thoughtfully tailored to the individual, is one of the most powerful tools for healing and long-term recovery.
Her approach to care is compassionate, client-centred, and holistic, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice. Treatment plans often combine individualized exercise prescription with manual therapy when appropriate, along with education to empower clients to take an active role in their recovery.
Jasmine treats a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions, including acute and chronic injuries, workplace and motor vehicle accident (MVA) injuries, as well as pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation. Her treatment approach is individualized and may include a combination of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic ultrasound, shockwave therapy, TENS/IFC, taping, and customized exercise prescription, with a strong focus on injury prevention and long-term recovery.
Jasmine is fluent in English and Punjabi, allowing her to connect with and support a diverse client population.
Outside the clinic, Jasmine enjoys staying active and connected with family and friends. Youāll often find her at the gymĀ with her fiancĆ© Puneet, spending time outdoors, taking long walks by theĀ Vedder RiverĀ with her parents, exploring new cafĆ©s and restaurants, playing sports and snowboarding, cooking and baking, or enjoying game nights with loved ones.
