We’re so excited to have Camille back with us! 💛

Known for her deep empathy and passion for helping others heal, Camille is especially skilled in relieving headaches, migraines, and neck tension. Her goal is to reduce pain, support your healing journey, and create a safe, welcoming space for every client.
When she’s not helping others feel their best, Camille enjoys training her dog, playing fast-pitch softball, and spending quality time outdoors with her husband and two beautiful girls—whether it’s hiking, camping, fishing, or gardening.

We’re lucky to have her energy, skill, and heart back in the clinic!

She will be working from our Garrison location on Thursdays/Fridays starting Sept 4th! Her bookings are now open - give us a call to book yourself in!💚

Meet the newest member of our Front Desk team - Kyla! 💚

Kyla genuinely loves meeting new people and hearing the unique stories that make each person who they are. As part of the front desk team, her heart is to ensure you feel comfortable, cared for, and supported every time you walk through our doors.
 
Whether it’s answering questions, helping you understand your plan, or offering friendly reminders about upcoming appointments, she is here for you. Her priority is to make sure you feel seen, heard, and valued and you can always count on her to listen with kindness.
 
When Kyla is not at the clinic, you’ll likely find her hiking a new trail, reading, or working on a puzzle, spending time with friends and family, or trying a new recipe. She loves traveling, learning new things, going to the gym, and playing video games when she gets the chance. 
 
We’re so happy to have her here with us! 🌱💚

We are BEYOND thrilled to welcome Shayne back to the team!!

Shayne is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy who became interested in Massage Therapy during his recovery process following an old injury.

Shayne has a heart for helping people and loves that he can use his knowledge of human anatomy and practical skills as a Massage Therapist to approach helping others on their healing journey with intuition and empathy. He is happy to provide massage for wellness, rehabilitation, or relaxation. His massage techniques include superficial to deep tissue work incorporating a wide range of Swedish massage, fascial work and joint mobilizations. Shayne has experience working with clients over a diverse profile of goals for health, wellness, and recovery – from basic maintenance and stress management to more complex conditions of soft tissue injuries, joint replacements, and fractures.

When he is not helping his clients or advancing his knowledge, Shayne loves spending time with his family. He practices Yoga, meditation and breath work to bring balance to his body, mind & soul. He enjoys experiencing the great outdoors of the Fraser Valley by paddle boarding, paragliding, slacklining, and a good round of disc golf.

We’re so excited to officially welcome Hayley to our team of Kinesiologists! 🌱

A graduate of the University of the Fraser Valley, Hayley brings with her a strong background in both rehabilitation and administrative roles within our local community.

Hayley is passionate about helping people progress toward their self-determined goals. Drawing on her personal experience living with chronic pain, alongside her professional training, she brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to her work. She believes in the power of resilience and self-compassion and works to help clients tap into both on their rehab journey.

Hayley will be working out of both our clinic locations, as well as out in the community! We’re so happy to have her on the team 💚

We are BEYOND excited to welcome Brooklyn to our team in her new role as Front Desk Administrator!!

A longtime client of the clinics, she’s seen first hand the incredible work our team does and is thrilled to now be part of it!

Brooklyn recently completed her second year in the Psychology program at the University of the Fraser Valley and brings with her a genuine passion for connecting with people. Her goal is to ensure clients feel heard, supported and confident in the care they’re receiving.

Make sure to say hi when you see her, she’ll be working out of both our clinics!!
