Chilliwack Youth Health Centre

Chilliwack Youth Health Centre Our vision is to create a space that provides integrated health and wellness services to youth on a drop in basis in a safe and supportive environment.

The Chilliwack Youth Health Centre has three sites dedicated to wellness for youth and young adults ages 12-26 years. You don’t need a referral, it’s free, confidential, and you can drop-in. Our team can address your medical and mental health needs. Come see us for anything from acne to sexual health to counselling for issues related to anxiety, depression, substance use, gender identity, family conflict, peer conflict, and school and life planning. Private spaces have been set up with technology to access virtual services, with all rooms being sanitized after each use. Youth will be expected to observe the NLC, Tzeachten, and Stó:lō Covid19 health and safety protocols upon entering the buildings. Masks will be available, and rooms will be sanitized after each use

Snacks, smiles, and support! A huge shoutout to our generous October donors (who wish to remain anonymous) for filling our shelves with kindness. Your contributions brought comfort and joy to youth in our community. Thank you ❤

Want to keep the momentum going? Become a “snack hero” this November! We're gratefully accepting donations of healthy snacks and hygiene items - lip balm is especially in demand as the weather cools, as well as toques and gloves.

Let’s keep the shelves stocked and the smiles coming. Drop-offs welcome at the Chilliwack Youth Health Centre at our NLC location 46361 Yale Rd. You can also DM us or email chilliwackyhc@gmail.com

In our fast-paced lives, it’s easy to forget how deeply our brains and bodies crave connection with nature. This workshop explores the science and history behind why being surrounded by plants and natural environments supports our well-being. Through guided reflection and experiential activities, participants will reconnect with their own experiences of nature—and may even leave with a little prize at the end of it that will keep you connected with nature.

If you're interested in joining us, this session will take place, from 11am to 12pm, at the Neighbourhood Learning Centre! If you'd like to join us, but can't make it in person, please contact us via call, text, or email, and we will provide with a Zoom link to tune!

Our Story

The Chilliwack Youth Health Centre has two sites dedicated to wellness for youth and young adults ages 12-26 years. Our team includes family doctors, counselors, and we are able to refer directly to a psychiatrist (referral required). The psychiatrist specializes in complex youth and young adults which could include those that are bipolar, schizophrenic, and/or have severe OCD, and likely require medication.
