Chilliwack Youth Health Centre Our vision is to create a space that provides integrated health and wellness services to youth on a drop in basis in a safe and supportive environment.

The Chilliwack Youth Health Centre has three sites dedicated to wellness for youth and young adults ages 12-26 years. You don’t need a referral, it’s free, confidential, and you can drop-in. Our team can address your medical and mental health needs. Come see us for anything from acne to sexual health to counselling for issues related to anxiety, depression, substance use, gender identity, family conflict, peer conflict, and school and life planning. Private spaces have been set up with technology to access virtual services, with all rooms being sanitized after each use. Youth will be expected to observe the NLC, Tzeachten, and Stó:lō Covid19 health and safety protocols upon entering the buildings. Masks will be available, and rooms will be sanitized after each use

Our third Tuesday Training session is coming up on September 16th!

Join us to learn about Bikers Against Child Abuse (B.A.C.A), presented by Tigger and the B.A.C.A Team!

This session will take place from 11 am to 12 pm, and will be held at the Neighbourhood Learning Centre. If you'd like to join us, but can't make it in person, please contact us via call, text, or email, and we will provide you with a Zoom link to tune in!

Next Thursday, September 18th, marks the beginning of our Y Minds group. In partnership with the YMCA, Y Minds helps youth ages 18-30, who are experiencing mild to moderate anxiety.

Across 7 sessions, Y Minds aims to help youth build confidence, improve decision making, and learn coping strategies!

Did I mention it's completely free and there will be snacks!?

Our Story

The Chilliwack Youth Health Centre has two sites dedicated to wellness for youth and young adults ages 12-26 years. You don’t need a referral, it’s free, confidential, and you can drop-in. Our team can address your medical and mental health needs. Come see us for anything from acne to sexual health to counselling for issues related to anxiety, depression, substance use, gender identity, family conflict, peer conflict, and school and life planning. Our team includes family doctors, counselors, and we are able to refer directly to a psychiatrist (referral required). The psychiatrist specializes in complex youth and young adults which could include those that are bipolar, schizophrenic, and/or have severe OCD, and likely require medication.
