Welcoming Christina to the Rebalance Rehab team!

Christina recently graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy and is now seeing clients at a reduced rate while she prepares for her licensing exam in March.

She's great at listening to what's going on with your body and tailoring treatments to help with movement, pain relief, or just unwinding after a long week. Her approach is all about making sure you understand what's happening and feel comfortable throughout.

A few things to note: We can't direct bill to insurance for these appointments yet, but we're keeping rates lower in the meantime.

Outside the clinic, Christina's usually cooking up something new, out walking her dog, or planning her next camping trip.

Tip Tuesday: Desk Worker Stretch

Spending hours at your desk? This simple neck and shoulder stretch can help reduce tension and prevent stiffness!

The Seated Upper Trap Stretch:
• Sit up tall in your chair
• Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder
• Hold for 20-30 seconds
• Repeat on the other side
• Do this 2-3 times per side

Pro tip: Set a reminder to do this every 2 hours during your workday.
