BC residents will have access to FREE naloxone nasal spray kits in April. 👏

Naloxone has been free in BC since 2012, but with the nasal spray being introduced in 2015, access has been limited. Now we will be seeing a province-wide rollout of the nasal spray kits!

If you or anyone you know may be at risk of an opioid overdose, contact your local pharmacy or overdose prevention site to get a naloxone kit for free. 💙

Starting March 1, many menopausal hormone therapies are publicly covered in BC. That means $0 at pickup for eligible products with a prescription. Coverage depends on the specific medication and form, so our team can check what’s covered and help coordinate alternatives if needed.

Cost used to be a barrier. Now everyone with a BC Services Card has access to evidence-based options, making managing symptoms and overall quality of life easier for everyone.
