Equine Lameness Practitioner - Brittan Booth

Equine Lameness Practitioner - Brittan Booth My name is Brittan Booth, In 2008 I completed my 2 year Equine Lameness Practitioners Program making me a Certified Equine Lameness Practitioner.

Athletes require a team of professionals to monitor their physical condition. Equine athletes also require specialized treatments from more than one area of expertise. My job is to assess a horses skeletal alignment and muscle structure. Then to the best of my ability relieve them of any discomfort or lameness caused by a subluxation. The technique that I use is unique , I don't use any long lever/ cracking and popping techniques or tools/ mallets. I use muscle therapy to relax the muscles and align the area using natural motion of the horse and gentle manipulation. What I've found with using this technique over the last 7 years is almost instant improvement, faster recovery, no adverse effects from the treatment, improvement in behaviour and long term resolution.
