Brittany Chadwick's Epicure Meal Solutions

I realize now it because I wasn’t addressing the real issue. I lacked the quality and variety in my diet to keep me on a healthy eating path. Although my husband and I made meal plans and grocery list we still were eating the same mix of meals. Sometimes I would look at the ingredients of some of the products I was consuming and I felt guilty because they weren’t as healthy as I thought or wanted them to be. At this point in my life there seems to be so much that has to be done each day and prepping clean, healthy meals seemed time consuming and expensive. I had tried epicure products in the past and had enjoyed them but had no idea of how vast the product line was. I went to an epicure party at a friend’s house and was introduced to the GOOD FOOD REAL FAST collections and fell in love. I have been using epicure in my daily meal prepping for a month and a half. As a result of requiring gall bladder surgery in January, I am on a very strict low-fat diet. Epicure products have allowed me to eat clean, tasty meals without all the extras fat. I am already starting to see weight loss results but I am also starting to enjoy cooking for my family. I have been using epicure cookware and have really cut down a lot on my cook time as well as number of dishes to clean up after. I find that meal planning for the week is simple fast and delicious. As a registered nurse I see how quality and quantity of food we put in our bodies directly effects our health and our future health. So many diseases can be prevented or better managed if what we put in our body was good for us. I strive not only to help my family benefit from clean eating but also to improve other’s health, as I continue on my epicure journey.
