In leu of flowers please consider a donation to the UBC memorial scholarship fund. We are hoping to raise 50,000 as an initial investment.

Please note: Tanya and Marcus had moved in the summer and flower deliveries have been going to their old residence. They have asked for no more flower deliveries to this location especially but they do welcome donations to this trust fund.

We will set up a way to donate to UBC directly for those wanting a tax receipt.

Just leaving this right here. It’s been a hot minute since we posted.
For so many years we have longed to spend time together off call. Basking in the beauty of nature, far from cell service and the pressures of the world far behind us, we finally did. We had the perfect week with the most amazing group of women.
We love being midwives. This time away with each other … priceless. I love you.

October 15th is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day. We recognize that this time can be especially difficult for many, and our hearts go out to all those who have faced the heartbreak of pregnancy or infant loss. Midwives are here to support our clients and their families during these incredibly tough times.

There are various ways to support a someone who is grieving—whether it’s making yourself available for a call, lending a hand around the house, sharing memories of their child, or connecting them with helpful resources and community support. If you’re supporting someone navigating this difficult journey, please remember that everyone experiences grief differently, and there are many meaningful ways to show your compassion.
