With the goal of offering my clients the most up-to-date personal training services, I have continued my education in health and fitness yearly. In the spring of 2012, I decided to expand my services by offering massage treatments which "marries" well with personal training. In the fall of 2013, I completed an accelerated program with an Honors Diploma. Achieving balance in life is a goal for most of us...and my new studio "The Oasis" offers clients the opportunity to unwind, relax and feel rejuvenated. Whether it's for personal training sessions or massage treatments, when it comes to my clients my personal goal remains the same "To assist clients in managing their quality of life by focusing on their personal health and wellness". I look forward to working with you and assisting you in achieving your health & fitness goals.

Last week I went for a massage with Terrina, it was an awesome experience! She listened when things were sore, I have fibromyalgia and my skin hurts. She creates an awesome atmosphere where you are the most important person and easing your body's tension is her focus. I am definitely going back and would encourage you to make an appointment, you will not be disappointed!!
