Most people can screen with an easy at-home test (F***l Immunochemical Test or FIT).

Menopausal hormone therapies and more diabetes medications and are now available at no cost.

This expanded coverage builds on many other free or low-cost prescriptions already available, like free birth control.

And more is coming – starting April 1, more diabetes-related devices and supplies will also be covered.

If you have MSP (BC's Medical Services Plan), you’re already covered. Just bring your prescription and your BC Services Card to any pharmacy.

The upcoming Traditional Wellness Mentor Workshop with Muriel Victor is happening on Monday, March 30th from 1 - 3pm. This is a FREE workshop, hosted in the Shxw’éyelhawxt Sacred Space room at the Primary Care Centre in Chilliwack at #104 – 7955 Evans Road.

Muriel will present on spring herbs and ways that we can build up our systems after a stagnant winter. This workshop includes a make-and-take tea, resources, handouts and door prizes. All are welcome.
