Did you know Mercury was in Retrograde? Maybe everything felt like it was going wrong? I can’t be the only one who feels like everything is upside down when Mercury decides it’s time to Retrograde, but thankfully WE’RE DONE!

Mercury is officially out of Retrograde! 🎉 That means we’re on our way to a clearer thought process, our communication will improve and now is the time to reflect and review any decisions we’ve been maybe putting off or were unsure of. Now is the time to act!

Have you ever felt so overwhelmed or like your head is in the clouds and you can’t focus?

A good grounding technique can help you out! One of my favourite ones is to sit with my eyes closed feed firmly planted on the ground and imagine tree roots bursting out from beneath them and deep into the ground stretching deep, far and wide. The more grounding I need the deeper and farther I imagine the tree roots extend. Don’t like the tree roots analogy? You can also picture heavy metal rods extending from your feet or maybe even hot air balloon tethers. Really anything that helps you feel grounded to the earth. Even better if you imagine the earthly energy coming up and into your body through the roots, rods or tethers. I like to picture it as a green almost liquid (think the ocean from Moana movements) up and circulating through my body.

What are you grateful for this weekend?

Here’s a bit of a story time to explain what I am grateful for. Now in my new space, I felt the need to pull cards. This morning while looking through my various decks I was drawn to my “Lonely Woods” deck.

In grabbing it I second guessed myself, ‘Lonely Woods? But this adventure shouldn’t be lonely’ I thought. But how foolish of myself to think that spirit may lead me astray.

In shuffling “A Time to Share” and “The Lonesome Gardner” jumped out and once I finished my shuffle I turned to see “The Truth Comes Softly” as the card I pulled.

These very fitting cards for this new journey that I am working towards seems perfect. “This truth and its story, is yours to write” I can only take as this space being the perfect spot for me to aid others along their path to find their truth. “all is sweeter because the deep longing to share with another is finally fulfilled” I am here to help you share that that you have longed to share. And finally “you have sown the seeds from which blessings can now come forth” I believe is self explanatory.

I am so excited and grateful to be in this space to help you along your way in any which way you need guided by light and spirit.
