For your convenience, we accept most major insurance companies direct billing information for payment. If your treatments are partially covered on your plan, there may still be a user fee. We direct bill and treat active ICBC, RCMP and Veterans Affairs. A doctors referral is NOT needed unless required by your insurance company. Our Commitment To You

Upon filling out your Initial Intake forms we will require your acknowledgement of our Cancellation Policy and our Privacy of Information Policy. Small business is tough. Businesses are closing down daily. It hasn’t been easy. I am incredibly grateful and thankful that, though some things are a little different, so many remain the same.

We still have an incredible (smaller) team that has navigated the many ups and downs of this year. We have nothing without their love, support and commitment to RHG’s vision.

We are still surrounded by an amazing community of patients, family, friends and business colleagues, some new and some old. We can’t describe the support we have received from them throughout the year. We would have given up without them. Truly.

We still have a beautiful, functional, warm and welcoming space to call home. Though it’s changed and our location has changed I can’t help but feel like sometimes smaller is better. It’s given us back time which is priceless.

With that…we wanted to wish you a very Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a prosperous New Year.

Welcome to the Team Jake!

Jake has focused his practice around TMJ management since early 2019, his curiosity about the condition was piqued by his own TMJ issues. Since beginning his education into TMJ rehab his passion for the subject has continued to grow as he seeks to provide the best in TMJ quality of care. His initial treatments consist of comprehensive orthopedic testing to understand better your TMJ condition and the best course of action to help you improve. Jake offers both extraoral and intraoral massage with hypoallergenic gloves, as well as a personalized
home remedial exercise routine.

Our phone number remains the same (though we are having some current technical difficulties that are being worked on) as well as our booking website, email addresses and social media.

Sue will still be working remotely answering the phone, responding to emails and billing you out so make sure you call and say HI!

Meet Christine Jackson, RMT. Christine brings a WEALTH of knowledge and experience and has been an asset to our team. Christine's area of focus is mainly with pediatric patients using a variety of techniques including craniosacral.

What would you do (for a career) if you weren't doing this?

Doctor - endocrinologist to be exact; or have an animal rescue.

Hey guys...remember me?? The face behind our social media? Oh...I'm also an RMT and owner of Reclaimed Health Group.

For those who don't know me; Welcome!

What would I do as a career?

In my past life, I wanted to be an RCMP officer but if I had to do it all over again I would become an Orthopaedic Specialist. Though I'm currently taking courses to learn more about Public Health and Health Policy.

If I was hosting a dinner party who would I invite?

1) ; IYKYK

2) ; He seems like such a giving, kind but also HILARIOUS person IRL. Plus, I would love to pick his brain about how internally motivated he is and how to maintain that.

3) and I'm going to include in this as well because these two are comedy . Plus Ryan has that hometown Canadian charm still.

How do I define success?

My children and my family are a huge part of defining success. Raising happy, kind and generous kids that also know how to set boundaries and know the importance of balance and self-care.

What kind of animal would I be?

I've always loved sloths. I think part of the allure is their ability to live life in the slow lane and not give a f*ck. If you know me, you know how difficult it is for me to slow down. I envy the sloth.
