Hey there!
Please take some time to read about the changes that have been put into place at my home-based clinic due to the Covid- 19 pandemic.
Mandatory Actions:
Massage Therapists will follow directives of Public Health Officials
Screening questions before each treatment
No services will be preformed on ill or symptomatic clients
Environmental cleaning and disinfecting guidelines are being followed which includes using products that are effective against the Covid-19 virus
Hand sanitizer/hand washing facilities will be available for use upon entry and upon leaving the home-based clinic
Maintaining physical distancing in the time that treatment is not being conducted while the client is at the home-based clinic
Enhanced cleaning and disinfection of all contact areas between each client
Personal Protective Equipment- I will always be using a disposable mask, protective eyewear, and an apron that will be changed between each client
Self- monitor for symptoms and use of the self- assessment tool at Saskatchewan.ca/COVID19
Stay at home if you are sick (therapist and clients)
A few extra notes:
My regular hand washing routine will continue as it always has which includes washing my hands and arms up to my elbows for 30 seconds with soap and warm water before the treatment begins and when it ends.
If you arrive early please wait in your car, or outside, until just a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time. There will be a sign on the exterior door with some extra information that you will have to read before entering.
If you have a face mask please wear it as you enter my home-based business, throughout the treatment and upon leaving the premises. If you don't have a face mask, I will be providing disposable masks free of charge for each client, but please look into purchasing a mask for future appointments.
Upon entering please use the hand sanitizer provided and I will direct you straight to the treatment room (unless you must use the washroom!) All discussions will be conducted in the treatment room to limit time spent in the area that my family uses.
Post treatment/self care discussion will take place in the treatment room on rainy days and outside on nice ones.
All receipts will be emailed.
If possible, payment by e- transfer is preferred. The other payment option is cash.
I thank you in advance for taking the time to read through this information and appreciate you booking in during this challenging time. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call me. See you soon!
