Meet Renee Etheridge, one of the counsellors here at NL Counselling!

Renee is a Registered Social Worker and has over 20 years of experience supporting people facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, grief, conflict, 2SLGBTQA+, and disability barriers. She draws her theoretical approach from Cognitive-Behavioral, Attachment, Solution-Focused, Emotion-Focused, and Mindfulness theories. Renee believes that awareness and expression of emotion help us have a greater ability to regulate strong feelings and create new meaning. Daytime and evening appointments are available.
