Next up in meet our staff, our newest team member Brittany!

Brittany Drover, RMT

Since becoming a Registered Massage Therapist in 2019, my goal has always been simple: to help people feel more at home in their bodies. I believe massage therapy is more than just treatment — it’s a moment to pause, to reconnect with yourself, and to be truly cared for. Whether someone is walking through pain, recovering from injury, navigating the changes of pregnancy, or just carrying the weight of a long day, I consider it a privilege to hold space for their healing.

I’m a graduate of Oxford College in Scarborough, Ontario, and I’m in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland. My treatments blend evidence-based techniques like trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and deep tissue work with a gentle, intuitive approach that respects each person’s comfort, goals, and pace. I also provide safe and supportive prenatal massage to help ease the physical demands of pregnancy and encourage rest and recovery.

Working alongside a team of multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, I’m proud to offer collaborative, compassionate care that honors the whole person — body and mind.

In my free time, I’m a full-time mom to two amazing little humans who keep life loud, hilarious, and wonderfully messy. We recently moved back to the area, and between settling in and keeping up with snack requests, I somehow keep finding myself knee-deep in home reno projects I swore I wasn’t going to start.

Next up in our meet our staff series, is our newest Physiotherapist Kaitlin Mugford!

Kaitlin received her honours degree in Kinesiology from MUN in 2019 and her MSc Physiotherapy degree from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2022. She has experience working with a variety of conditions including arthritis, tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, balance problems, vertigo, surgeries, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, etc., and will do her best to help you reach your goals! She's Otago and GLA:D certified, and continues her post graduate education to help better meet the needs of our community! She enjoys playing volleyball and pickleball in her spare time and looks forward to a long career close to her home town!

Hi! My name is Brianna Bolt, I am 22 years old, and I have been a Registered Massage Therapist for nearly two years! I graduated from Academy Canada in February 2023 and have been building my career at Therapy Works since June 2023! I specialize in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, cupping, as well as pregnancy and infant massage. I love spending time with family and friends, my fur baby Beau, as well as reading and doing crafts in my spare time! I am a very motivated individual and take a lot of pride in the work that I do.
