Today was Claire’s last day of her placement with us and we are so sad to see her go 🥹

Claire has provided services to hundreds of patients in the last 8 weeks, including vaccines, assessments, recommendations and filling out forms to help with drug coverage. We know she has made an impact because we have had patients call and ask specifically for her!
