I let out a sigh with gratitude and awe that the year 2025 has drawn to a close. I would love to thank all my students, especially Melanie, Kathy, Donna, and Kelly, for their continued support since 2020. They have practiced yoga online via Zoom with me over the years, which is why I can share this recorded class with you. This is the class we practiced this morning. As I get older and hopefully wiser each day, I don't take every healthy day for granted. I am grateful for my incredible five senses - I get to see, taste, hear, smell, and touch, which are never guaranteed. Slow down and find wonders in each moment, and every aspect of life. Go out and embrace nature with all 5 senses wholeheartedly. Happy New Breath, Happy New Minute, Happy New Hour, Happy New Day, Happy New Week, Happy New Month, & Happy New Year. Happy New NOW. Are you dealing with holiday anxiety? Are you stressed about holidays? There are some techniques that could relieve the symptoms. 1: Deep Breathing: Focus on slow, deep breaths (belly breathing) to activate your body’s relaxation response. 2: Grounding: Focus on your physical senses—feel the ground, notice objects around you, or gently touch your skin to stay present. 3: Mindfulness Movement(such as Yoga) : Release tension around the shoulders, neck, jaws, cheeks, hands, pelvis and feet) with gentle yoga stretches. 4: Humming(bumblebee breathing) 5: take a warm shower:bath, or drink warm chamomile tea 6: Take a short walk or hike in the woods. 7: get some sunshine 8: Shake it Off: Literally shake your hands or body to release pent-up energy. 9: Cold Water: Splashing cold water on your face can trigger the body’s calming response. 10: Enough of Sleep #假期症候群 #瑜珈

It is Full Moon tonight(December 4th). It is known as the Cold Moon, a nickname that reflects how this is the first full Moon of winter, rising during the darkest, coldest period of the year. Not only is it the final full Moon of the year, it is also a Super Moon. I took the picture on the way home from work. What does the full moon remind you of?
