Melissa also graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2019 along side her best friend Alex! She specializes in deep tissue and fascial work for injury recovery and prevention. focusing on releasing tension, restoring mobility, and reducing pain through targeted, therapeutic techniques. With a calm, supportive approach, Melissa tailors each session to help clients heal, move better, and feel their best.

Originally from the lower mainland and moving throughout Alberta and the interior, her and her family settled into the beautiful town of Clearwater. With her friendly, easygoing approach, Melissa naturally creates a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and connected.

✨ MEET THE TEAM ✨

Alex graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2019. Since then she has worked in many clinics in Prince George and kamloops before settling in full time in clearwater. In that time she got lots of experience with many people facing a variety of conditions, creating a treatment plan specific to each individual.

When she isn’t at work Alex enjoys spending time playing baseball, golfing, learning new sports like hockey and disc golf and spending time with her children at all of their sporting activities.

Growing up in little fort Alex enjoys living and working in a place she’s always called home and helping out people of the valley with whatever musculoskeletal problems they may be facing at the time.
