r body with life force (or Qi). Our life experiences (physical, emotional, environmental, stressors, trauma) can change the natural flow of your energy pathways. If your energy flow is out of alignment, it can lead to symptoms or dis-ease over time. Bodytalk invites you on guided journey of self discovery and self healing. Each session focuses on re-establishing communication within the body, to address issues at their root, synchronize its function, and bring balance throughout to support all levels of you.

Hi I’m Jillian, the face behind the Looped Intuitive. It’s been a while since I posted on here, and I wanted to re-introduce myself and give you some exciting updates.

Some things about me. I am a wife and a mom of both children and fur babies lol. I run my own business supporting people on their wellness journey. I spent a huge chunk of my career in the corporate world, which blessed me with amazing people and experiences, but just wasn’t my passion.

It started about 13 years ago, i went through my own health crisis, that brought me to my knees. The help, support and answers I was seeking just seemed non existent. And I knew there had to be more. It was that experience that led me to a whole new world. A world that broke me wide open to possibility, to self discovery, and to whole-istic healing (pun intended). ☺️

I spent years taking several courses in quantum physics, mysticism and energy medicine, studying aspects of Chinese and Ayervedic medicine, and experimenting on myself and those around me. I also really focused on how I was nourishing myself - mind, body and spirit. As within, so without. ✨

In 2021, I took a leap of faith. I fully jumped into my passions full time, offering my services to support and hold space for those on a similar journey.

This year, I have decided to incorporate even more into my practice, by teaming up with amazing health and wellness products that I use and trust. Because, if these products help me, why wouldn’t I share them! After all, we are all navigating this life together.

If health and wellness isn’t your thing, it’s all good. I get it. But if it is, I hope that my page inspires you to truly tap into your own innate magic.

I will be sharing more soon. Most of you who know me, know social media isn’t my bag 😂but this year is about getting out of my comfort
