The Clinton Family Health Team consists of an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers. Our team includes 7 Family Physicians, 3 Nurse Practitioners, 6 Registered Nurses, 5 Registered Practical Nurses, Social Worker, Mental Health Worker, Dietitian, Psychologist, and Pharmacist. We also have numerous Medical students and residents working with our team. The Clinton Family Health Team services the Clinton, Bayfield, Blyth, Goderich area with patients coming from as far as Walkerton, London and Stratford. We have been operating as a Family Health Team since August 2006.
