Well post gardening stuff almost all done. Cold and flu season are upon us. It's time to start helping your immune system to prevent and or fight of these 2 villains.

There are different ways you can do this. You you can rely over the counter medicines or you can take supplements, use herbs, tinctures or teas as well as eating healthy.

I use the the latter and if you do or would like to learn more about my way you can go to my blog and find many articles on herbs what they do and how to use them. Hello to all,
Just a quick update on the evacuation. There is a fire to the west of Clinton that is not playin nice with anyone so it is going to be at least a week or maybe 2 before we could go home but we are OK here. The smoke cleared a lot today but it a lot hotter as a result. Anyway have to go lots.to do like maybe a nap ;D. TTFN

Hello people, how are you all doing? I know I haven't posted for a long time but I had to let you guys know about this site I found.
