🌸Lately I’ve been thinking about how rarely women give themselves permission to truly step away.

Not just a day off or a weekend away — but real space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.

That’s part of why we created Under the Canopy, a small women’s retreat in beautiful Playa Grande, Costa Rica this October.

It will be a week surrounded by jungle and ocean with space for healing work, gentle yoga, reflection, and meaningful connection with other women.

This retreat is intentionally small so the space can feel safe, supportive, and deeply restorative.
