Reflecting with gratitude 🪞💭

When I first decided to open my own massage practice, I had no idea just how many challenges I would overcome. Not only in running a business, but in myself too.

Going out on my own in a small community was both scary and exciting. I wondered if people would find me. In a small town, people want to know you before booking with you. Through showing up, and providing the best experience possible, one client at a time and word of mouth, the doubts began to fade. Each client relationship has been built on a real connection and community trust. As things started to take shape, I quickly realized just how beautiful that was.

Becoming a one-woman business, I became not only the practitioner, but the cleaner, the receptionist, the manager, the marketer and learned to navigate the financial aspect to help the studio thrive. It took patience to find balance and a rythym that worked for me while pushing through the hurdles of starting something new.

Hearing people say things like "I've been looking forward to this all week!" and "I'm so glad to have found you!", really solidified that I could do this and that I did truly did make the right choice!

Not everyone will be your perfect fit and that's ok! I'm grateful everyday for the clients who've become my people and the community for helping me grow. My table will always be open for new conenctions and opportunities to help people 🌻

Hello 👋
For those who may not have met me yet, I'm Jenna, the owner and Massage Therapist at Main Street Massage Studio. My husband and I put our roots down in Clive 5 years ago. After 7 years working in Red Deer, in 2023 about a year after my first child was born, I thought it would be great to open my own massage therapy practice. Right here in the village that I call home and be able to provide that same benefit of a convenient location to the community, where people could receive a great quality treatment.

My priority has always been to provide personalized and effective treatments while giving you the experience of coziness and pampering all at the same time.

Seeing people leave happy and feeling better is my favorite part of my job. One of the truly best and most fulfilling parts of having a practice in Clive has been the community connections and relationships I’ve built along the way.

✨️After taking some time to welcome my sweet baby into the world and settle into the rythym of a mama of two 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, I'm excited to say my heart and hands are ready to hold space to provide rest and repair again very soon! 🫶😌 Thank you for your patience and kindness during this special time in my life! 💜 My schedule is open for bookings beginning in November. I am excited to reconnect with everyone and meet some new faces! Spots have already started filling, so now is a great time to reserve some time as the end of the year approaches!🗓✨️

I'm thrilled to share with everyone the arrival of a baby boy! Both baby and I are doing great, as well as his big sister and Dad! I’m so thankful for the ongoing support of Main Street Massage Studio and looking forward to providing the same dedication and quality in a few months!
