Sacred Temple Lomi Massage, a traditional Hawaiian massage

Crystal bowl sound therapy
Energy work

*Please note that I no longer direct bill for massage services, this change does not affect the quality of your session at all.

My rates have remained the same, with minor adjustments over the years, reflecting my ongoing education and training.

I am still offering massage therapy, though, on a part-time schedule. With the newly freed up time, I will be offering healing sessions, sound therapy, and energy work.

I am also in the process of rebranding my business, adding photography services, mini sessions, and collaborative events to the list of services I offer.

After years of dedication to Registered Massage Therapy, I am making a shift focusing on alternative therapies such as Craniosacral Therapy, Somato Emotional Therapy, Trauma work, Sound therapy, Energy work, and Healing sessions. My current Ph.D. studies in Metaphysics will allow me to combine all of my knowledge and experience from the last 30+ years, ensuring that my clients receive the best possible care. Additionally, I am revamping my business page and studio to include Soul Photography and Body Casting services, which will showcase the incredible transformations that these therapies can produce.

Limited days will be available for bookings this fall. 😁

Healthy anger is so transformative ❤️

It’s time we raised healthy anger back to the rafters of acceptability and work together to clarify a way of expressing it that both holds everyone safe AND allows us to honor its inherent wisdom. There is needless, regressive conflict, and there is healthy, necessary, forward-moving conflict. The distinction lies in our intentions. Anger is a sacred force, when it is honored authentically, without destruction. In fact, I am certain that we will not create the world of divine possibility that many spiritual beings long for unless we get angry about the injustices that many of us face. The world improves when people express legitimate anger because it communicates a message that certain things that are happening are not acceptable. As we move towards a healthier collective vibration, appropriate anger shows us injustices that would not have even been noticed at earlier times. If we fully condemn healthy anger, we condemn ourselves to endure realities that don’t serve us. There is a place for healthy anger in an evolving world...

The illusion of being insignificant:
For your presence impacts all of humanity.

The illusion of being powerless:
For within you lies the strength to shape your destiny and influence the world.

The illusion of not being good enough:
For you were born good enough.

The illusion of being a burden:
For your existence is a precious gift, and your contributions add value.

The illusion of being unsuccessful:
For success is subjective, and your path is uniquely yours.

The illusion of being ugly:
Because that label only ever reflects the viewer being incapable of seeing beauty.

And the illusion that aging decreases your value:
For, in truth, you are not a body but a soul.
