I have been taking the gel caps for years to lessen the pain I have in almost all of my joints from arthritis. My pain journey started long ago, in my early 40's. Progressing until I was carrying pain relievers in my pockets, to pop as needed. When Tylenol was not enough, I started Celebrex, at the maximum dose.
After being introduced to MM, I was cautiously optimistic. Within 5 weeks of taking these capsules, I was almost pain free. That pain relief has continued all these years, of course, I take medication for the odd headache, but that is it.

I am so thankful everyday for this product, Tylenol and Celebrex did not relieve the pain I was experiencing from arthritis.....tad ah! My gel caps DID!
