Cedra is a Craniosacral Therapist, also offering Somato-Emotional Release (Trauma Imprint Repair) and Visceral Manipulation within her practice. She uses a combination of Biodynamic and Biomechanical techniques, with more focus on Biodynamic. She adjusts her approach depending on the clients’ needs.
