This is an invitation to join us for a unique experience of journeying through Sound, an intimate container of max 8 participants creating a deep safe space.
Sound journey is an immersive and therapeutic experience where you are guided through a sonic landscape of various sounds and vibrations to promote relaxation, healing, and inner exploration.
During this sound journey, you will be lying down in a relaxed position while Adeline creates a soundscape using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and her voice.
This combined journey of energy & sound brings deep healing on the cellular level, releasing that which no longer serves, making space for the new, for expansion into love and light within and without.
Group sound healing journeys can offer a profound and transformative experience, combining the benefits of sound therapy with the power of collective intention and energy.
