This training is for anyone who is interested in the benefits of yin yoga, whether in a class, one:to:one with a client or clinical setting. You do not need to be a yoga teacher.

Beneficial for mid-wives, nurses, social workers, therapists, pilates teachers, physio therapists, and people wanting to enhance their own personal practice. The postures are easy to bring into any clinical setting without having to know how to put together a whole class.
