EAST STUDIO started with the desire to create a welcoming space to breathe, to move, to release & to strengthen;
EAST STUDIO started as a place to gather, to learn & to laugh;
EAST STUDIO started as a wellness community for everyone, together.
EAST STUDIO is 3 years old today!

3 years ago, the doors opened and a community was formed.
The most incredible, supportive and healing community!
3 years ago I found my true-self again.
I released my fears of failure;
I released my fears of not being enough;
I released all my fears that had held me back for too long!
And instead, I opened myself and my heart to a new adventure…and what a beautiful and healing adventure its been!
