The Full Moon in Scorpio brings intensity: emotionally, energetically, and internally. Scorpio energy goes deep. It illuminates what has been hidden, avoided, or pushed down.⁠

This may bring up: old wounds, power dynamics, fear, control, trust issues, or emotional patterns you thought you moved past. This isn't regression, it is an invitation.⁠

Scorpio asks you to feel what is underneath, not to stay there, but to move through it. Transformation happens, when we stop avoiding and start witnessing. You don't need to force release. Awareness is the first step.

Healing after narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships can feel confusing. You may question yourself, miss them, replay conversations and/or doubt what you experienced.

This is not weakness. It is the impact of manipulation and attachment. You were conditioned to over-give, over-explain, overstay and second-guess your reality.

Healing is not about forgetting. It is about remembering yourself, rebuilding trust in your own thoughts, honoring your boundaries, and learning that love should feel safe, not destabilizing. You are not too sensitive. You were responding to something that hurt. AND.... you are allowed to choose differently now 🌸

It can be hard to recognize what is happening when you're in it.
Gaslighting and trauma bonding often create a cycle of confusion, attachment, and self-doubt.

You might notice yourself: questioning your memory or reality, feeling like everything is your fault, over-explaining or trying to prove your perspective, feeling deeply attached - even when you're being hurt, holding onto the "good moments" to make sense of the bad, struggling to leave - even when you know something isn't right.

This isn't because you are weak...
.It is often a result of inconsistent reinforcement...moments of care or connection mixed with hurt or manipulation, which can create a powerful emotional bond. Your nervous system learns to hold on, hoping for relief.

Clarity can feel uncomfortable at first, but you are allowed to trust what you're experiencing. Confusion is not love and you don't have to stay where you feel destabilized.

You deserve relationships that feel safe, consistent, and clear 💕

You are made of parts.

The anxious part.
The angry part.
The people-pleasing part.
The part that wants to shut down or run away.

From a parts perspective, these aren't problems to fix, they are protective responses that developed for a reason. At some point, each part helped you survive. Healing isn't about getting rid of these parts. It is about understanding them.

Listening instead of silencing. Creating safety instead of shame. When your system feels heard, it begins to trust and soften.

That is because healing isn't just cognitive. It is physiological.
Your nervous system learned to scan for danger, to stay alert, to protect you.

So, when you feel on edge, overwhelmed, shut down, or easily triggered...
It is not weakness; it is memory.

Healing is the slow process of teaching your body that it doesn't have to live there anymore. Safety isn't just something you think. It is something you begin to feel. 🤍

People-pleasing often starts as a survival strategy.
It can look like: over-explaining, avoiding conflict, and/or taking responsibility for others' emotions.
At one point, this likely helped you feel safer. But over time, it can lead to resentment, burnout, and disconnection from yourself.

Healing isn't about becoming harsh. It is about becoming honest.
You can be kind and have boundaries. You can care and say no.

You don't have to lose yourself to be loved. 🤍

Full Moon Blessings! The Full Moon in Libra shines a light on relationships - not just with others, but with yourself.

Libra seeks harmony, but many of us learned to keep the peace by abandoning our own needs. This moon may bring awareness to:

>where you're choosing connection over self-respect

Balance isn't about keeping everyone happy. It is about honoring yourself within your relationships. You are allowed to choose honesty over harmony, boundaries over people-pleasing, and peace over approval.

Many of us learned to shape ourselves around others. To be more acceptable, more agreeable and more lovable.
Over time, that can create a quiet disconnection, where you're no longer sure what you actually want, feel, or need.

Healing often includes rebuilding self-trust. Listening to your body, honoring your values and letting your truth take up space. Authenticity isn't about being perfect. It is about being real. AND, you don't need permission for that.

Spring Equinox energy has people ready to release everything that no longer belongs in their life… apparently including the people 😅

Jokes aside, this is actually the time of year I often encourage some form of a letting-go ritual.
Writing things down that you’re ready to release like old pain, resentment, patterns, relationships, versions of yourself, and safely burning the paper can be a powerful symbolic and energetic reset.

Not because the fire fixes everything,
but because your nervous system benefits from intention, closure, and choice.

New seasons invite new energy.
Sometimes that means making peace.
Sometimes that means setting boundaries.
Sometimes that means letting the past stay in the past 🌼💛
