Earlier this month, our team from Compassionate Heart Home Care had the pleasure of attending an event at Wilmot Creek!

We spent the day connecting with local seniors, answering questions about home care, and sharing how our services can support individuals looking to age in place with comfort and dignity.

Events like these allow us to build relationships in the community and start meaningful conversations about safety, independence, and personalized care.

We just released our 2nd episode of the My Compassionate Heart Podcast with Dr. Alfonso Fasano.

Dr. Fasano answers various questions surrounding Parkinson's disease including symptoms, early signs, future technology and more. He dives into a deeper understanding of what is going on in the brain and how Parkinson's works.
