Warrior Wednesday
Warrior poses ignite the whole body: from blood circulation and respiration to stretching and strengthening shoulders, back, hamstrings, and ankles, to developing inner confidence. These poses promote focus, balance and stability. Warrior poses call on our inner warriors, fully engaging our muscular power.
