What a beautiful night to be celebrating the Winter Solstice ❄️ The first day of Winter , the longest night of the year but the beginning of longer and longer days. The last night of our four week mindfulness series. Take this time to be still and reflect on what you want to keep in your life and what you want to let go of. As October becomes November I sit in stillness surrounded by nature and her sounds sights smells and fresh cool feeling. I reflect on this emotional roller coaster that is Motherhood. In the past couple of months I learned what wonder it is to be a Grannie and arched my oldest son be a Dad, I witnessed one of my sons become a wonderful husband, I shared the excitement with my daughter as she got engaged and I am now preparing to officiate my youngest sons wedding in the Spring. I am so proud to be Mom to my four children ❤️❤️❤️❤️ And I am also exhausted and in need of some recharging. This should do the trick Sound on

At our Yoga Retreat we led a Drumming Circle which led to a Yoga Nidra. So much physical and emotional healing happened here, bringing up all sorts of emotions. It was pretty special. Thank you all for being open minded and participating in these ancient healing arts 🙏🏻

On September 1st we held our first Yoga retreat. What a great day and what a super group we were blessed to work with. So many like minded women in the same place at the same time. Diana and I will definitely be hosting again. This was the first of many to come. Namaste 🙏🏻
