"4 Minute Hot Butter Rum Apple Crumble

Perfect for Fall. Toddler approved ✅

2 apples 🍎
~ Steam with a sprinkle of apple pie slice for 2 - 3 minutes
Add 1 Tbsp of HBR (hot buttered rum)
Mix 1 cup oats, apple pie spice, 1/2 scoop protien powder, 1 Tbsp butter or coconut oil and 1 tsp HBR (hot butter rum
~ steam for another 1-2 minutes
Add a spoonful of yogourt
