I am excited to welcome you to my new clinic space. 711 Division St, Cobourg!
This new space is located within The Healing Centre.
There is a free parking lot at the back of the building and beautiful reception area with lot's of healing plants.🌿🪴
You will use The Healing Centre Clinic Main Entrance.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and I will greet you at the door/reception area.

All online booking, contact information and payment processes will remain the same.

You can book your appointment online or contact me directly to book your reflexology/holistic healing session.

What are the benefits of a foot soak?
⭐Relieve muscle aches
⭐Draw out toxins
⭐Reduce inflammation
⭐Improve circulation
⭐Relaxation

Foot soaks are a wonderful way to take care of your feet and reduce stress in between regular reflexology sessions.👣👣

Easy DIY Foot Soak

1 cup baking soda
1/2 cup epsom salt
8 to 10 drops of high quality essential oils
I like using:
Peppermint and tea tree oil
Rosemary and eucalyptus
Lavender and chamomile

Mix in a glass jar adding essential oils halfway and shaking the jar so they are well mixed.
I also add dried herbs. If you don't have any you could use an herbal tea bag.
Add 1/4 cup to a large bowl or foot bath with hot water and soak for 15-20 minutes.
Relax with a cup of tea😊

I also love to massage my feet with a warm herbal oil after for a little bit of extra decadence and nervous system support😁

🤲👣👂experience many health benefits, some of the most common benefits people say they experience include:
• Feeling more relaxed☺
• Sleeping better 😴
• Feeling less pain😃
• Feeling less stressed🧘‍♀️
• Feeling less anxious😌
• Reduced tension in the whole body👌

These benefits alone can have a significant impact on our overall health. Considering the advice for a large portion of health issues includes reducing stress, getting more sleep, and exercising more (which is easier with less pain).
