What are you doing for your 1 hour?

We so often feel rushed, but in the span of a 24-hour day, it too much to ask to reserve just one hour for yourself? It may feel like finding time for self-care is at the bottom of the priority list. But, just a few minutes set aside for yourself can clear emotions and space so that you have the bandwidth to navigate whatever life throws your way.

What if you could set your OWN energy, rather than be at the mercy of whatever happens to be going on around you? When you regularly carve out time to do what recenters/inspires you, it sends a positive message to both your brain and inner child, and connects you with your own feelings of peace and flow. Just as we don’t expect a car to go the distance without gas, think of this as a designated time to refuel. You are also sending a message from yourself to yourself that you are intentionally making the choice for a more energized and vibrant life.

Small shifts can help you BLOOM!🩷💕🌸

I have had this Christmas cactus for 2 years.
This is the first time it had flowered. I had moved it temporarily and all of the sudden it is in full bloom.

A great reminder that small, subtle shifts and changes can create the optimal conditions to bloom and thrive!

I was talking to a student last night who has been regularly attending yoga nidra classes and they shared how they have noticed so many small shifts. They are less reactive, more grounded, have more awareness and more tools to manage situations that used to be overwhelming.

They see small shifts but I see that they are starting to bloom beautifully like this flower.🥰🌸🌸

Laughter makes me feel like the most authentic version of myself.

This photo came up as a memory from 7 years ago at an impromptu photo shoot from my beautiful friend yoga studio, where I was teaching yoga.🧘‍♀️

It was my favourite photo because I was being my most authentic self: a little awkward with lots of laughter and probably not following instructions🤣. Not in a fancy yoga pose, but just being the most authentic version of me, which to me is what yoga really is. A place where you can fully embrace and be comfortable as the most authentic version of you.

Ever since I have learned reflexology it has literally taken over my life in the best possible way. It continues to amaze me everyday.

I love hearing how clients feel after sessions, I love giving clients self-helps points to use in between sessions, I love that by working on the hands, ears or feet it can help to support other systems/parts of the body and bring the body back to a state of balance.
I love seeing how much progess my regular clients have made since adding reflexology into their wellness plan.

This looks different for everyone but can be less stress/anxiety, less tension/ pain, better digestion, better sleep, less hot flashes/night sweats, more mobility, feeling emotionally and physically clear and balanced etc.

I am feeling so grateful to be able to support so many people with reflexology.🙏
