Three weeks in… and something is shifting 🌱

Not just in the body, but in the quiet places I don’t always show.

The gains might look small from the outside…
but they feel huge on the inside.

a mindset shift…

a growing belief that I can FEEL BETTER. 🎉

Happy ANZAC Day to my kiwi friends! 💜🇳🇿💜

I decided to wear my Arthur‘s pass national Park T-shirt from New Zealand, a very special place with stories I may share later on…

But for those of you who don’t know, I lived in New Zealand for eight years, a connection through Radiohead, which is a story to be told another day. (A good one for the memoirs… 🙃)

New Zealand will always feel like my other home and for many reasons but mostly because it was the birthplace of my massage therapy career. 🫶🏻

But time to get back in the presence and get ready for this Monday…
