Eric is a new Osteopathic Manual Practitioner located in Cobourg, Ontario, working alongside a number of incredible healthcare practitioners in the Poplars building.
Osteopathy will approach your health and wellness holistically, considering the entire biodynamic relationship of all body tissues. The intention is to provide the body with the best opportunity to self-heal and self-regulate by removing any obstruction to what we consider are the four rivers of life - nerves, arteries, veins and lymphathics.
The approach on the table is gentle, but intentional to produce effective change by working with the body to discover where the dysfunctions reside.
