Destress and have fun with us at the beautiful Waddling Arts Centre as you Trace & Unwind. Our new Mindful Art Experience is a free 1.5 hour workshop that will teach you how to connect with a creative side that you may not think you have, while also demonstrating mindfulness techniques to help you deal with stress and anxiety in your life.

All art materials will be supplied. We are grateful for the partnership and support of the Brighton Arts & Culture Council in providing this workshop.

Our COPD education group meets Tuesday at Ed's House at 1:30 - no registration is required, everyone is welcome, so come drop in!
The group is talking about how to travel when you have COPD. How to enjoy leisure activities. How to adapt so you can maintain your lifestyle.
The program is free and facilitated by our respiratory educator.
Every Tuesday, they talk about a different topic. If you can't get out in person, join us on zoom. If you are coming in person, Ed's House is accessible, there is lots of parking, and it is located at 1301 Ontario St in Cobourg.

Dr. Campbell is excited to be practicing in her hometown. She maintains a general practice and enjoys working with patients with a variety of health concerns including; insomnia, fatigue, stress, anxiety and depression, hormonal and thyroid concerns. Dr Campbell is passionate about helping her patients achieve their health goals through multiple Naturopathic modalities.

Next up in our Pain Management Education Series is Naturopathic Doctor Lindsey Campbell. She is passionate about taking the time to uncover the underlying reasons for illness or symptoms, and what treatments and strategies will help patients move forward. She obtained her doctorate in Naturopathy from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.

Dr. Campbell enjoys seeing patients from all walks of life, with special interests in addressing thyroid and hormonal issues, as well as tackling the many physical and mental effects of stress. She utilizes tools such as nutritional counselling, herbal medicine, supplements, exercise, acupuncture and health education with the aim of helping her patients thoroughly understand their own bodies and how to feel and maintain their personal best.

This free series of talks is open to the public. They are held in person in the lower level of the Northumberland Mall or online through Zoom. You can register for the Zoom link at https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_yeRuE7KlRiuU7vISQIuF9g #/registration
