Dear Students and Friends,
We’re excited to announce a brand-new addition to our programs — Midday Yoga — starting Monday, September 29th at 1:00 PM at our new location, 975 Elgin Street West, Unit #4.
Angela brings nearly 30 years of yoga study and practice to Cobourg Tae Kwon Do. With certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork, as well as being a certified Pilates instructor, Angela has guided countless students through classes and workshops across Cobourg and Port Hope.
Her classes are a unique blend of movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, breath and awareness. Each session is designed to help you unite body, mind, and heart, leaving you refreshed and recharged both on and off the mat.
About the Class:
This class combines Hatha yoga (a foundational practice with basic postures) and Vinyasa yoga (a flowing sequence of movements). You’ll begin with gentle warm-ups, progress into breath-linked movement, and close with breathwork and meditation — perfect for improving flexibility, building strength, and developing mindfulness at your own pace.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat and water bottle
Optional props (blanket, blocks, belt, etc.)
This class is suitable for all levels — beginners are welcome!
