Hello everyone!!!
Well a year has come and gone and I’m ready to get back to working 4 days a week .

My new hours are Tuesday-Friday 10:00am-4:30pm, unfortunately at this time I will not be able to accommodate evening appointments and will be using Fridays as a make up day for any cancellations .

Hi Everyone hope you are all staying healthy!

I will be returning to work May 4th and I have decided I will be working two days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-4pm (hours may vary) until November when my little guy turns one.

Due to my limited hours unfortunately will not be able to accommodate everyone at this time . I will be making my higher needs clients my priority for now and will try to fit in other clients as much as I can .

I will begin contacting clients to book for May very soon .

Happy New year everyone !

I hope the holidays were good to you despite the unfortunate circumstances of Covid.

As most of you know October 2020 brought my family lots of joy as we welcomed our first child , baby boy Riley . We are loving every minute with him and I would love to spend as much time at home with him as I can. I have made the decision to remain away from work until May when he will be 6 months old .

Thank you all so much for the well wishes and for understanding how important this time is for me .

Here’s to a wonderful 2021 and I will see you all in May !

As of July 6, an increase of $5 per treatment will be implemented, due to the rise of operational costs. It has been a few years since my last fee adjustment.

Please remember to abide by the COVID-19 postings you will see throughout the clinic. If you are sick or have any symptoms related to COVID-19, please cancel as you will be denied treatment.

Hello all , I will be returning to work as of July 6 !

As I prepare for my re-opening here are some things to consider.

All clients are asked to wait in their cars until I come and get them to ensure no one passes each other in the vestibule.

The time between clients will be used to sterilize treatment room, bathroom and the usual charting.

All clients are asked to wear masks for their appointments. Can be home-made or medical grade.

No visitors are allowed to wait in the waiting room at this time.

Clients must wash hands or use hand sanitizer when they arrive.

If anyone feels ill or has any symptoms or have been out of province, you will be denied treatment.

A risk assessment must be done before every treatment and I will no longer be offering 90 minutes or hot stone massages at this time.

I am doing everything possible to make sure clients are safe and that their treatments are in accordance with the CMTO and Heath Canada.

Hello Everyone ,

As many of you may have heard many health care practitioners have been given the green light to be able to return to work. I have been receiving many texts , phone calls and emails from clients already on this matter . I would like to inform you all that there are still restrictions in place for RMT’s and new guidelines and safety procedures we must follow before we can return.

At this time I do not have a return to work date set and hope you can understand that when I do return it will be a slow process and I will not be working at full capacity and emergency clients will be my priority .

I ask you all to please continue to be patient, as my number one concern at this time is to protect clients and myself and have a safe return to work .

Hello Everyone,

As I am sure you are aware of the escalated precautions of COVID-19 in Canada, I have been advised by my governing body, The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, to close my doors and cancel treatments at this time. Cancellation black out period will be for two weeks, March 29th inclusive and may be extended. I apologize for the inconvenience and understand the benefits of massage but I also believe in protecting public health.
