While we're closed in these unprecedented times, we just wanted to let everyone know that it is going to be hard for our employees, the business, the clients and everyone in general.

Please practice patience and love and support and help those in need.

When things get better again, and they will, we'll call everyone who had appointments to reschedule. When this happens we would only ask that you come out and support all your wonderful business in the downtown core in droves. Given the recent developments with the status of COVID-19, we would like to inform you that effective today The Royal Urban Salon & Spa will temporarily be closed until further notice.

Health Canada has asked us to do our part as a society to help “flatten the curve” and although our business does not expose us to large groups, we do work within an intimate proximity of our clients & colleagues who’s safety and well-being is, and always will be, our primary concern.��We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Our dedicated staff will contact you to ensure that we can reschedule appointments in a timely manner, as soon as it is safe to do so. In light of what is currently happening with Covid 19 The Royal Spa and Salon would like to reassure everyone that we take the health and wellbeing of our customers very seriously.

Our staff are dedicated to the cleanliness of our facilities and have increased the frequency of our regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitizations. We ensure that hospital grade cleaners are being used on all of our equipment/tools and in all of the general areas, and take pride in going above and beyond the regular safety and health measures to provide a comfortable and safe environment for all.

In this trying time we would like to provide a place a peace and relaxation for all. We remain committed to staying up-to-date with all prevention guidelines from both local and national health organizations.
