We had a Function at the hall. It was a Jack and Jill for a very nice couple. Unfortunately, due to about 7 or 8 people, after warnings about alcohol outside of building, and about 4 warnings to people I caught, it got out of control and the function was BAR WAS CLOSED early at 11 pm. Fair warning was given to the renter that we have ZERO TOLERANCE for this as we could lose our Liquor License. . After everyone was gone, I checked the parking lot and found 9 cans of alcohol, and around front about 4 empty plastic cups as well as 5 empty beer/alcohol containers in the bushes. WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR THIS BEHAVIOR. The people who the Jack and Jill was held for were very disappointed in their "Friends" but totally understood why the BAR WAS SHUT DOWN !!!
