We're growing! Cobourg Spine and Sports Injury Clinic is looking for another massage therapist and a physiotherapist. We have waiting lists for both disciplines (you will be busy right away). We have two rooms available for an RMT and a PT. If you or someone you know is interested in joining our team please contact us via phone, facebook message or email. Rent or split is negotiable. We are seeking a motivated and energetic receptionist/office manager to join our well established clinic in an administrative role. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent communication skills directly with patients and on the phone as well as someone who likes being in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

-Answering incoming calls.
-Answer and respond to emails and
voicemails.
-Capable of sending and receiving a fax.
-Capable of scanning documents.
Confidently able to navigate from webpage to webpage performing online duties.
-Interact with patients and co-workers.
-Booking new appointments and confirming existing appointments in the schedule.
-Submitting extended health insurance using online portal for patient payment.
-Processing in person payments (interact/visa/mastercard/cash) .
-Mild laundry duties.
-Other front office duties as required.

Just a friendly reminder that although mask mandates are being lifted on March 21st, our clinic is still requiring patients and staff to wear a mask until April 27th.

Congratulations to Joanne who won the gift basket just in time for the holidays.

Please come in and make a toy, food or monetary donation to have your name put in a draw to win our fantastic gift basket. Congratulations to Ken and Dale who won the gift basket. Everyone donated approximately 200lbs of food, 30-40 toys and $700 cash for The Giving Tree this year. We can't say enough of how proud we are of all the people who donated. Thanks you so much and Merry Christmas.
