Sandra L. Norris is a Psychotherapist/Counsellor and a clinical member of the Ontario Society of Psychotherapists and of Dr.Dan Dalton Associates. She founded Mind Body Health Centre and has been in private practice for over 26 years in Toronto & Cobourg. Her practice encompasses: group work, marriage, individual counselling & teens. Whatever issue you wish

to work through, I provide a safe, warm atmosphere with a non judgmental focus. This allows you to explore your feelings, discover what you need, acquire support to formulate ideas, clarity & tools. These tools assist you to get your present and future goals met. I am a knowledgeable, compassionate & effective practitioner & in partnership with you, together, we can meet your goals.
